my wife and i are considering a 13, but i am told that they can try to get our tax return from us. the problem is i am probably going to be unemployed for a couple of months and we will need that cash to live on…..what are my options? We are not eligible for a 7. What happens if we get our tax return and file afterwards?
I am a part of a newly formed theatre troupe and we would like to be able to hire ourselves out to perform at different locations around town. The problem is, we are not aware of what papers or action must be taken to make this a legal process. Any help would be much appreciated.
Due to the loss of employment I’ve had to withdraw funds from my IRA. I know I will have to pay income taxes on the amount I received. However, I would like to request the 10% early withdrawal penalty be forgiven due to financial hardship. Is there a form or letter template I could utilize when submitting my tax paperwork to the IRS?

I have a Two policies for my property one for homeowners and one for business. I was wondering if i can do away with my business and have additional options on my Homeowners because other buildings are covered in homeowners policy. currently i have 14 units at ohlone community college. I feel like i am being overwhelmed with work and i am not to happy with one of my classes. if i were to drop this 3 unit class, i will have 11 units. My question is, will i be dropped from my insurance because i am not a full time student anymore? or will they not care because when i applied to the insurance i showed them that i had 14 units. Please help me. would they find out if i am not a full time student anymore? is this a big deal? what should i do?
I’m trying to help my girlfriend make money, and I’m offering her a job, to sell my Yu Gi Oh Cards on EBay.
I’m planning on giving her a large amount of profit from the cards, possibly 60-80 percent of the earnings, while providing her with the shipping fees, the ebay account, and the cards.
I’m just curious of the normal percentage people will get offered for selling items on EBay
I don’t want taxes. I told someone that I believe in voluntary funding for everything and they said there would not be enough food without tax subsidies. What do you think about this? Do you have another idea that would not involve stealing to fund farming?
